I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 1 week of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Qualifications for return:
- Damaged during shipping or within 2 weeks of delivery
- Email a photo of item(s) to Lalalotusco@gmail.com
- Upon return approval ship your item back to our shop
- Once we receive your item we will process a return and notify you
Return rules summary:
Returns accepted for 14 days
The customer provides return shipping
20% restocking fee
Final sale items: gift cards, custom orders, and discounted items

JEWELRY REPAIR SERVICES
- Email a picture of the damaged item to Lalalotusco@gmail.com and we will give you a repair estimate.
- Once you ship your item back to our shop we will begin repair, if the damaged item comes from our shop the first repair is free.
